Hey $waggers,
Welcome back to the blog, today we'll be talking all things jewellery, focusing on a few stores and their iconic pieces. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with buying cheaper jewellery, I'm all for shopping at Lovisa and making a killer look from a 3 for $10 pair of earrings. But sometimes a gal might want to invest in a quality accessory that she knows she will have for life, so we will have a look at some higher end brands in this blog. Personally, I think investing in quality pieces for everyday wear and then buying cheaper items for special occasions is the way to go. If you're only wearing them occasionally they won't have a chance to turn your skin green.
Here are some brand ideas for you to take a look at. And don't forget if you love the style of a particular piece but just can't justify the price tag, there's always dupes available for much less somewhere!
Tiffany & Co
Tiffany & Co is renowned for being a high quality jewellers with a lot of stunning pieces, however they do have very affordable options available. They are most well known for their beautifully extravagant engagement rings costing ten's of thousands of dollars, however they are also popular with teens and young adults for their necklaces, most notably the 'Return to Tiffany' collection. They come in a range of styles, with the sterling silver style starting from $225.
Also at Tiffany & Co are a range of watches. Pictured to the left is the 29mm white-faced piece from the Atlas collection. Coming in at $4,750, it isn't cheap but watches are a staple piece, and if you wear a watch daily this is an investment worth making. Offering faces in blue, green, pink, black and white this versatile piece will be a gem in anyone's collection.
Cartier
Cartier has been a well known brand for a long time, however they have taken off recently, being one of the most popular high end jewellers for young adults. They are most well known for their 'Love' collection, with the rings and bracelets being the most popular pieces. They have a range of materials, thicknesses and styles to account for different tastes and budgets and are well worth a look if you're on the hunt for a timeless, iconic, identifiable piece.
Pandora
And finally Pandora, we all know it. Not high end and a LOT more affordable than the other brands in here but still high enough quality that they won't turn your skin green. If you aren't quite ready to spend such large amounts on everyday jewellery you can purchase from Pandora for under $50. With a collection of great stackable rings, they will look great without being way above budget. Carrying a range of styles in all 3 major colours, you're sure to find something you like at Pandora.
